Where we ship
Lotus ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, and express shipping is $25 at checkout.

Pre-orders
The Lotus V2 is on pre-order. You are charged at checkout, and your V2 ships in October. Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund. Email us at info@play-lotus.com, no forms.

Delivery times
In-stock orders leave us within one business day. With standard shipping, most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship.

Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return, and Lotus pays return shipping. The full terms are in our refund policy.
